We are Happy to Announce the Launch of Our New Website

Dear Reader,

We are happy to announce that we have launched a beta version of our website.

We hope it will help you reach us more easily, view our menu and order your favourite food online.

We have been working on the site for some months now and decided to go with a look that gives you the essential contact details [Phone–(02) 6257 7333 and reservation form] and our address on the home page itself. This, we hope, will help you reach us without any problems.

We have had to place the food and drinks menu on a different page, as it was simply too big to accommodate on the home page. We had tried putting it there but the page became simply too long, and we realised our menu deserved a page of its own.

We have also included a few lines about us and our style of Dum cooking for those of you who are visiting us for the first time and want to know a little bit more. The gallery contains an assortment of pictures that we will keep updating now and again.

Needless to say, as with any beta version, we will have missed a few things here and there. For instance, we noticed during testing that the mail server sending us the reservation request sometimes sends the request right to the spam folder, which we corrected. If you feel doubtful about the form, please do call us on (02) 6257 7333 to make your reservation.

We also hope to share stories of world cuisine, especially Indian food on our website in the coming weeks and months. We hope you like them.

As with our restaurant, our website is a labour of love. We would love to hear what you think and let us know how we can improve the user experience.

We are able to serve you better thanks to our friends and family. Since the launch of our restaurant this year, various people from Dickson and Canberra, and visitors from other cities have dropped in for a meal. They have been kind enough to give us their feedback and show their appreciation for the food we cook for them. We hope to continue seeing them and you too, dear reader.

Thank you for reading. And thank you for your support.
